Who is individual therapy for?

How does individual therapy work?

The therapist-client relationship is essential for therapy to be effective. We will first decide whether you and I are a good fit. Do you feel respected, heard, empowered, and safe? From there we will see what emotions are involved in your struggle and where past wounds make it difficult to move forward with confidence. 

Through our discussion, we will learn your patterns and where you get stuck within yourself. Whether it’s a past trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc., we will slow down your patterns to identify where things start to go wrong. That shows us where healing is needed. 

In a safe and supportive environment, you will learn to connect more deeply with yourself. By doing so, you will be able to connect deeper with others and live a more genuine and fulfilling life. You deserve that.
